Scientology Inc tries to “use Internet” to promote its vacuous New Year’s Event

However, note that comments were disallowed on this YouTube post.

Apparently Scientology Inc realizes that if they allow comments, people will comment.

Is this a change of policy? Does this mean that Scientology Inc is actually encouraging people to find out about Scientology Inc by using the Internet?

This video and the accompanying ad that was sent out by the Phoenix Idle Org introduce a new advertising concept: “celebrating the New Year as only a Scientologist can” and “celebrating the New Year in Scientology Style”.

“Scientology Style”?

Is that anything other than a cheap rip-off of Gangnam Style?

If there is a “Scientology Style” we can probably put it in song form ourselves:

On the twelfth day of Christmas, my Davey gave to me:

Twelve baseless declares
Eleven forced abortions
Ten pointless courses
Nine corpses rotting
Eight families destroyed
Seven bankruptcies filing
Six unsold releases
Five La-awsuits
Four bought-off judges
Three French indictments
Two new published books
And a COB that’s out of his tree

P.S. If “all are welcome” can every declared SP show up and be welcome? No?

The last thing on this video is a definition for “Scientologist”. LRH said a Scientologist is anyone who uses Scientology to improve conditions. Little Davey defines Scientologist as “a collective membership mark designating members of the affiliated churches and missions of Scientology”.

So now, a Scientologist isn’t even a being. It’s just an identity that’s given to you by the cult, and by definition it can also be taken away by the cult.

Well, stuff it Davey! Being a Scientologist isn’t something you gave me. It’s something I am, because I say so! And LRH would agree with me.

I remember this “celebrations”. Watching a video for three hours… what a pain!

Your article on this has more views than the video on YouTube!

The church speaking of millions of members worldwide. What a joke!
