Introducing the REFUSAL TO DONATE RUNDOWN (RDRD)

Clear Wallet Cert

Motti Morel points out that donations are the lifeblood of the new Church of Miscavige and it was only a matter of time before the church, in all of its wisdom, devised a scheme to ensure continuing donations even when the spirit of self sacrifice falters and thoughts of individual survival emerge.

REFUSAL TO DONATE RUNDOWN (RDRD)

Historical Background

In the development of the technology of Scientology, Ron tapped into the vast resources of ancient wisdom. He isolated the workable elements, scrubbed away false data and then perfected and streamlined the processes to create the technology we have today.

Such is the case with Confessionals. Enacted in the 13th century by the Catholic Church1, the parishioner would confess his transgressions to an ordained Minister in solitude. The content of the confession would remain confidential between the parishioner and his minister.

Ron perfected this very valuable tech to stress the element of RESPONSIBILITY on the part of the pc. And with the advent of the E-Meter, it became possible for the first time in history to really clean every corner of the overt act and withhold to achieve alleviation of the burden and freedom from the bank.

After the confessional is completed and attested to, one additional step is required: The complete ending of the cycle. A real, concrete, measurable atonement for the sin that would leave the parishioner feeling he has not only unburdened himself, but completely made up the damage and ended cycle on it, thus enabling him to open a new leaf.

The Catholic Church recognized the importance of this step and developed it gradually: In the 13th century these atonements included acts of mercy, pilgrimages, prayers and flagellation. These were transformed in the 14th and 15th centuries into actual financial donations, called INDULGENCIAE. Donation of money is real, concrete and measurable and most importantly – immediate, thus enabling the sinner to promptly end cycle on his sin, rather than having to wait for completion of a pilgrimage or other lengthy procedures.

INDULGENCIAE replaced older, more tedious forms of atonement such as fasting, flagellations and burning at the stake and therefore became vastly popular with the parishioners. So popular, in fact, that a slogan was coined and recited repeatedly at every corner throughout the middle ages:

As soon as the coin in the coffer rings,
The soul from purgatory springs
2.

In our technology, this principle is stated clearly enough in step 3 of Liability formula: Make up the damage one has done by personal contribution far beyond the ordinary demands of a group member.

THAT’S WHY WE HAVE DONATIONS.

The Problem

But, as LRH said in HCO PL 3 December 1971, EXCHANGE, “money is a passionate subject”. While most Scientologists willingly paid their donations and proceeded happily on the bridge, there were still those who, when approached by IAS, Ideal Org, Library project or any Church fundraisers, displayed CI’s, BI’s and HE&R. These resulted in ARC breaks and enturbulation which called for further disciplinary actions in ethics, and thus slowed one’s progress on the bridge. In extreme cases, when all measures of rehabilitation failed, it even led to SP declares and expulsion.

This was a non-optimum situation. A breakthrough was needed to quell these rifts so that the number of SP declares could be cut down and more Scientologists would retain their good standing and not be denied their spiritual eternity.

I’m happy to announce that this breakthrough has been attained.

The Solution

It is called The Refusal to Donate Rundown, or RDRD in short.

The Rundown

RDRD is divided into three sections:

  1. Indoctrination

  2. Removing barriers

  3. Training on acquiring money for donations

The first section, INDOCTRINATION, is done in session. It includes Method 1 and Method 2 word clearing on the subjects of money, exchange, Ethics, the Conditions of Existence and critical thoughts about Dear Leader and International Management.

Method 1 is an auditing procedure used to clear up bypassed charge associated with all misunderstood words from all of life prior to the procedure. Basically the auditor assesses (reads out) a list of subjects and then takes the ones that read (have a response on the E-meter) and directs the person to find the words he didn’t understand. This is done until the person has a floating needle throughout the list.

In Method 2 the pc is reading out loud while on the E-meter. This procedure is one that is supposed to A) find any word the pc has charge on from not understanding and clear them up and 2) find any words not understood as shown by the person not being able to read the material perfectly. Method 2 is delivered after Method 1.

The second section, REMOVING BARRIERS, is also done in session. The process is tailor-made for the individual pc or pre-OT by the C/S in order to address any and all disagreements, considerations and false data on the subject of donations the person may have. After the lists are completed, the pc undergoes a comprehensive Security Check to ensure that nothing was overlooked and that he is now clean as a whistle.

The third section, TRAINING ON ACQUIRING MONEY FOR DONATIONS is done in the Academy by the student from a course pack of the same name. It teaches the student all the ways to extend his credit card limits and acquire additional credit limits, taking a second mortgage on his house and other real-estate assets, deferring loan payments, evading creditors, persuading old relatives to bequeath their wealth to the student in their last will, embezzling funds for the greatest good and other useful ways to acquire money for donations. The student star-rates on all materials and graduates after passing an exam with 100% success.

The action is completed when the pc has paid his donations in full, as demanded, with VGI’s and no HE&R, and has attested to the state of Clear Wallet.

DELIVERABILITY

The RDRD can be delivered at any point on the bridge, even in the middle of any other action. It takes precedence over every other action, as without it, no progress can be made on the bridge.

Pilots of RDRD conducted on resistive cases and RPF inmates proved spectacularly successful and salvaged countless thetans from eternal damnation.

The RDRD is a powerful tool to remove every last barrier to the Church’s financial expansion. It will be delivered standardly in Orgs of all classes.

Clear Wallet, Clear Mind.
